IA counseled BHP Billiton Boliviana de Petróleo Inc. in the sale of its participation in their oil fields Mamoré and Surubi to Repsol YPF E & P Bolivia S.A.

The firm currently represents the two consortiums (Contreras S.A.- Contreras S.A. ( Argentina ) - Conduto- Bolinter Asociadas and Consortium Willbros & Harbert) that were awarded the construction of the GASYRG pipeline. This pipeline, runs parallel to the YABOG a pipeline owned by Transredes S.A. that connects some production fields in southern Bolivian with the BBPL.
