The firm was also responsible for the incorporation of GasOriente Boliviano Ltda, which owns and operates the Rio San Miguel-San Matías-Cuiabá Pipeline. I Advised said company in all the legal issues related to the materialization of the project in the Bolivian side of the pipeline. The firm was designated as the borrower's Bolivian counsel in the negotiation of the project financing with KfW and OPIC for the entire integrated project that includes a thermoelectric power plant in the city of Cuiabá , Brazil . The financing was for an estimated US$ 225 million.

Regarding Project Financings, IA counseled Transredes S.A in the issuance of bonds for an amount of US$ 80 Million, likewise it advise the Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF) in a financing of US$ 15 Million to one of the biggest telecommunication companies in Bolivia, Cooperativa de Telecomunicaciones Santa Cruz Ltda (Cotas). Additionally, IA advised Transredes S.A in a financing with the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) and Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF) for a total of US$ 230 Millions. Finally, IA is currently acting as “legal counsel” for the IDB and the CAF in a financing project for the electric energy interconnection company – ISA Bolivia S.A for a total amount of US$ 54 Millions.
