IA counsels national and international companies in the revising and drafting of commercial and civil contracts. Likewise, IA specializes in constituting corporations as well as the assisting in General Shareholders Meetings, Board Assemblies and Board Meetings.

As a result of the capitalization (privatization) undertaken by the Bolivian government, Shell Gas (Latin America) B.V. and Enron ( Bolivia ) CV were awarded the transportation assets of YPFB (public entity). IA had an active role in the negotiation and closing of all the pertinent documents and agreements with the Bolivian government which enabled Shell and Enron to complete the satisfactory closing of the capitalization process.

IA represents multinational companies in the agro industry, mainly in the corporate area advising their clients in the negotiation of credit lines, the drafting of loan agreements with the lenders and general legal support relating to export operations.
