Master of Comparative Jurisprudence (New York University, United States)
Founding partner of the Firm in 1991. Dr. Indacochea’s counseling covers mainly the corporate/commercial area, and hydrocarbon law as well. He had a major role counseling the foreign companies who built the gas fpipeline in Brazil, later being named the external legal counsel of the Bolivian company which transports gas to said country, period during which he participated directly in the drafting of the agreements which gave place to the gas transportation contracts between the buyer, the carrier, and the transporter. He also counseled the most important financing projects for national and international companies with lending institutions such as the Andean Development Corporation (ADC) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), among others.
In the other hand, Dr. Indacochea was an invited speaker to various International Conferences taken place in different countries hosted by the International Bar Association, International Law Institute and the Assocication of International Petroleum Negotiators. Currently, Dr. Indacochea is a permanent Director for the Bolivian Hydrocarbon Chamber, and Arbitrator for the Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce (CAINCO) Mediation and Arbitration Center and the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (IACAC).
