Dr. Pelaez was invited to the firm in 2005. He is the Former Executive Director of the Mediation and Arbitration Centre in the Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce (CAINCO), which gave him a vast experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Also, his legal counseling focuses in civil, commercial and corporate. His practice includes judicial processes.

Education: JD in Law, Private University of Santa Cruz – UPSA (2001); Gabriel René Moreno University, Bolivia and Universitat Jaume I, Spain (Master in Corporate Law, 2003); currently undergoing the Doctorate Program in “Law, Entity and Justice” from the Universidad de Valencia, in partnership with the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno. Author: “Legal Validity of the Electronic Documents in Bolivia: Digital Signature”.

MEMBER: Bar Association of Santa Cruz, Bolivian Commercial Arbitration Association.
