Mr. Alonso Indacochea expertise focuses on corporate legal counseling, experience that was acquired in part with his LL.M program at NYU and Masters in Business Administration. For over five years, Mr. Indacochea counseled foreign and local companies regarding commercial and corporate transactions. He was part of the team that provided legal support to foreign companies at successful joint-bidders in the privatization process of YPFB (Bolivian state-owned oil and gas entity), including the financing, construction and operation of the 1,960-mile Bolivia-Brazil Gas Pipeline in partnership with Petroleos Brasileiros.
