INDACOCHEA & ASOCIADOS, ABOGADOS initiated its activities in 1991 in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia,  with the initiative and venture of Dr. Ricardo Indacochea S.M., providing legal counselling in various areas with strong emphasis on Commercial and Corporate Law.

Since that time, IA has sustained an audacious growth, due to the opportune discovery of a need within the Bolivian market related to foreign investment due to the  Capitalization process. It was then, in 1999 IA  was incorporated as a corporation and the high specialization positioned the Law Firm as a reference in corporate law in Bolivia.
